This time I’m gonna introduce the Luxe Q Kit by Vaporesso. It is a new pod system release bearing the “Luxe” branding, so you may like it if you are a fan of the Luxe range. Let’s learn more details.
Appearance-wise, Vaporesso Luxe Q looks very similar to the Luxe PM40 in styling but is quite different in operation. The first main difference is the pods – they have fixed coils either 0.8ohm or 1.2ohm mesh and the pod is disposable when the coil operation has deteriorated. The pod is refillable via the top fill port with up to 2ml of your own e-liquid. Plus on the Luxe Q, there is no screen or power adjustment. In fact, the power output is not specified at all so I can only assume the chip in the mod adjusts the power to suit the pod installed. By rotating the pod 180° you can choose between 2 airflow settings.
Apparently, the Vaporesso Luxe Q pods have “SSS Leak-resistant technology” which upon closer inspection means the pod has good sealing? The three “S” features are shown in the illustration below. Inside the mod is a 1000mAh battery which is charged via the USB Type-C port at up to 1A in 1 hour. An LED indicator is provided which can display in 3 colors so I guess this shows the battery capacity remaining. Operation is super simple with auto draw activation – which means you inhale on the mouthpiece and the sensor inside will trigger the fire automatically.
